Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days and delivered within 3–5 working days, depending on your city. You will receive a confirmation once your order is placed, and delivery charges (if any) are shown at checkout before you pay.

The payment methods available for your order, including Cash on Delivery where offered, are shown at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not happy with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging.

• Wrong belt size? We will happily exchange it for another size, subject to availability.
• Received a damaged or incorrect item? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will replace it at no extra cost.
• Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Belt Size Guide

Choose one size up from your trouser waist size. For example, if you wear size 32 trousers, choose a size 34 belt. If you are between sizes, choose the larger size.
